DYE SUBLIMATION: Exceptional full colour print quality on specially coated garments. Suitable for one off and small order quantities but only on white garments. No set up fee.
CUT VINYL: Suitable for designs with less than four colours in the artwork and where one off or small quantities are required of low image complexity e.g. text, simple graphic. No set up fee.
SCREEN PRINTING: Screen Printing: Four colour printing using this traditional process. Really only suitable for large quantities due to the set up costs involved (£20 per screen per colour).
EMBROIDERY: The Rolls Royce of garment embellishment. Suitable for one off to large runs. Unless the required design is complex we normally make no charge for converting artwork for embroidery (“digitising”). However where a customers design is considered complicated a digitising fee will be charged dependent upon size and complexity.
CHEC has the facilities to produce a wide range print methods. Particularly with garments discussions with you, the customer will help us decide which is the most suitable to meet your requirements. Brief guide details are listed below.
LASER TRANSFER: Full colour prints are available on both white and coloured garments. Particularly suitable for one off and short runs. No set up fee.
